AIR CONDITIONING COMFORT PLAN
With our Air Conditioning Comfort Plan, you can stay cool and comfortable all summer long. We’ve taken the worry and hassle out of maintaining your air conditioning. At the center of our Air Conditioning Comfort Plan is an annual preventive maintenance that ensures your system is always running efficiently. Santa Energy also offers 7 day a week service protection, including the repair and replacement of parts (see diagram below for covered parts).
An annual preventive maintenance ensures your air conditioning system is running efficiently.
What’s included in the preventive maintenance …
- Temperature drop across cooling coil is checked and recorded
- Motors and bearings are checked and lubricated as required
- Belts and pulleys are inspected and adjusted as required
- Air filters (1” only) are checked and replaced as required
- Controls and safety switches are inspected
- Relays and contacts are inspected
- Unit wiring is inspected and loose connections are repaired
- Thermostat operation is checked
- Condensate drain is inspected
- Unit disconnect is inspected
- Debris in and around condenser is removed
- Refrigerant level is checked (there is an additional charge for refrigerant if needed)
